Struggling to Stick to a Diet?

Has anyone tried to do a diet but can’t actually go through with it ?? U know u want to loose weight but it’s hard when u only eat snacks during the whole day and only have one big dinner a day

I feel you in that! My job is all kinds of crazy hours so sometimes I don't have the opportunity to make a healthy meal or diet plan. I have tried to diet but I find myself starving myself accidentally. The best thing that I have been able to do is meal plan so that I can take it and go and eat it when I'm able. Hope this helps. I feel ya. It sucks when you're already only eating one small meal a day, no snacks and you're still not losing weight. I can't quite bring myself to only eat every other day yet but I may not lose the weight until I do.

I can’t give up sweets mostly chocolate and I definitely can’t give up my caffeine/energy drinks.

I've found portion control and eating the sweets earlier in the day helps. I still end up sabotaging myself. But I have seen progress using this method.

I found that intermittent fasting is a great way to lose weight. It also helps you get use to having less in your stomach more often than having it full

Not really a diet plan but i used to smoke so much weed that i got CHS and spent a few days throwing my guts up and not being able to eat anything and i lost 15 pounds in those two days and i have friends who've lost more weight that way but it's really dangerous and I do not recommend it. Easiest way to lose weight is to simply eat less. Eat only when you're hungry and stop when you aren't hungry anymore but aren't quite full. Over time this will shrink your stomach and you will feel full after eating a smaller meal, and you will lose weight as a result. Cardio is good for weight loss too.
