Chewing gum or mints can help be used as trigger aids so you can trigger the memories due to tastes being close corrilation to memories. Is a good avenue to try.

Hi! I'm just going to share all the things I do that may or may not help you. for focus, depending how how difficult it is for me that day, I chew gum, draw, and/or take notes. Note taking is good for memory not just in the moment but to look back on, just summerize what the teacher said and try to keep up. I am in college and got accomodations for my adhd so I have permission to record the class if I need, I don't know if your school does that so definitely ask. Mostly just ask your teacher anything you forgot at the end of class! they want you to pass and asking for a reminder, clarity, or an explanation is something most teachers are open to

You might be able to ask your teacher if you can record the audio of the lesson to listen to it at home. This video really helps with learning when to study, take a break, and how to be more focused. I found this video very helpful. Hope this helps! :) https://youtu.be/IlU-zDU6aQ0?si=2YgQQi-YSI4duuxn

I have to write literally everything down. So if you forget, you always have it on a piece of paper or on a word doc so that you can go back to it and make sense of it in your own time. When I was doing my A levels, I basically just rewrote shakespeare and homers odyssey over and over again. Using my notes I'd done. So it stayed in my head. At least just for the exam. Couldn't tell you most of it now though but I remember the bits I found most interesting. You got this! Xx
