Sudden Anxiety Attack While With My Daughter

okay, curiosity. last night I was sitting on my couch with my 5 year old daughter. she showed me a picture on her tablet with a dog and a huge tumor. next thing I know, I start feeling hot and flush from my head then it slowly worked it's way all the way to my toes. I got lightheaded, dizzy and feeling a little faint. my heart rate went from like 72 up to 100. I got up and walked around and tried to distract myself and calm myself down. anyone else ever experienced this before? is it just my anxiety or can it be something else? any advice is greatly appreciated.

Do you have any traumatic experiences with animals having tumors/cancer? Or do you just have a high amount of empathy towards animals that could trigger something like this? If so, it could be that. But either way, I'd recommend seeing a doctor

No trauma or anything. Just curious as if it was anxiety/panick attack or if that's how anyone else's attacks feel. I do have empathy towards stuff like that because it's sad.

I was taking Lexapro for my anxiety but I thought it was making me feel those symptoms so I stopped a week or so ago but then I had one while not on it so idk. I don't think the Lexapro was really working anyways after 3 months
