Sudden head pain during sleep, anyone else?

It felt like I got punched on the head during sleep. Has anyone experienced this before? Just last night in the morning around 2am I woke up and went to the toilet and came back to sleep and took 5mg of temazepam. The strange thing is I don't know if I was about to fall asleep or I was asleep but suddenly I woke to something that feels like someone punched me on the head so hard that it feels real, I never experienced this before and fear that this would happen again, I feel scared of going to bed because of it. I take escitalopram for 4 months, temazepam for 3 months, mirtazapine for 2 years and clonidine for 4 months also. Can anyone relate?

I haven't had any of those meds but have had that pain before. I think I had banged into the wall or something when I was asleep and caused it. A couple times I've woken up with a lamp or random piece of furniture on me so I was either sleep rearranging my house or it was my cats
