Single use ice packs for if it gets too hot, lots of sitting, pain patches, and looking up the map of the airports for bathrooms would be my suggestions.

For IBS-M be sure to have extra clothes if you have the runs or something to help with the painful constipation. Heating pads or heatable snuggle buddy's are something I find useful for my IBS and chronic pain. I hope you enjoy your trip.
