Crying - like if I have a big cry after about 6 or 7pm I'm very likely to get one the next day. I don't watch potentially emotional movies in the evening anymore because of this!

the weather, not enough sleep, crying. I'm usually not able to figure out my other triggers aside from those.

Perfume, cleaning products, if it's dry, low-humidity, if your nasal cavity is dry, it will definitely cause a migraine. Get some nasal saline spray for your nose!

Squinting. Like if you drive a lot without sunglasses. The color of the lens of sunglasses is sometimes important, too, for nausea reasons. I can only wear warm tone tinted, but that might just be me. Certain smells. Triggers very; mine our gasoline, wood smoked, cigarettes, weed, burnt cinnamon (like cinnamon rolls, rasin bread, etc), certian perfumes, lavender, the laundry soap isl in Walmart (competeing sents) etc.. Certain sounds. Like low, repetive, vibrating sounds. Like when you can hear the base in a car that you're not in. And high pitch beeping sounds. Also chewing gum.

for me it’s like exhaustion or crying, and sometimes if it’s too hot/i sweat a lot it triggers a migraine

For me it's bright lights, loud noises, and stress. Then comes allergies, dehydration, and strong smells. Nausea can also trigger them.

Stress, fatigue (CFS), exhaustion (Insomniac), loud places, new foods, crying too much, high pitched noises, perfume - these are just some of the big ones?

Ok, some of these triggers affect my fibromyalgia as well but bright lights, continuous loud noises, not drinking a metric ton of water, skipping meals, stress, and calculus 🙃

It's the weather (specifically the rain and low pressure fronts) along with my hormones. I don't get my period because of an IUD, but I get a migraine like clockwork each month. I've been dealing with one for the last 2-3 days with the rain
