On cold rainy days, like today, I use my heating pads. I also try to keep an eye on the weather and plan accordingly. I try to track everything, diet, activity, weather, to help identify flare triggers and avoid them. Gentle hugs.

Heating pad helps with pain. Physical therapy employee will teach you sciatica stretches and exercise which drastically removes the pain. Or you can search sciatica pain relief exercises for sciatica pain releif stretches on Facebook. Heating pad, Stretches and exercises removes approximately 95% of the time for me. I also use lidocaine patches when I wake up in middle of night from pain.
