I have about a 5mm slippage at L4. Mostly get lower back pain, PT helped some but I may have to get injections and/or nerve ablation at a facet joint. I can't seem to do much standing or walking because the pain gets worse, sometimes I get muscle spasms, and the only thing that helps are cold packs and rest. I don't know how I am supposed to go back to work like this.

Hi!! I have 25% slippage of both my L5 and my S1. I’m in PT currently and I’m in a ton of pain, getting reevaluated tomorrow, I can’t bend or stand for more than a couple hours at a time. I use peppermint oil on the go and a heating pad at night.

Yesterday was a bad day L4, L5, S1 They prescribed a compound which is delivered once a month (it helps a lil bit) plus 5 motrin.

I'm not sure what my slippage is but my fibroids and my L4 and L5 are both pushing inwards and causing blockage on my left kidney. I take 5 200mgs motrin almost everyday with the compound pain management prescribes

Although it's good to see people who understand Spondy pain - I am so sorry that y'all are going through it. I wish I would not have had surgery - because the fusion failed and I have even more pain. I have tried so many different pain relief options to no avail. Now I take Kratom at a minimal dose and plan to move to a better climate. It can be so depressing to run out of options - but still I gotta keep trying and trudging forth. ✌️
