This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information we receive through our platform, whether directly from you or from third parties on your behalf. It also outlines your choices regarding the collection and use of your information.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using our platform. By downloading and using our platform, you agree to be bound by our posted Terms of Use (“Terms”) and this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to both our Terms and Privacy Policy, or if you violate them, your right to access or use the platform will be terminated.

This Privacy Policy outlines the personal information Alike Ltd. (“Alike”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects when you use our mobile application and web platform (collectively, the “platform”), how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have regarding this information.

‍1. HIPAA
‍This Privacy Policy also applies to your interactions with the web platform. In providing the web platform, Alike may collect and store protected health information (as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended, and implementing regulations) received from your healthcare provider at your direction or authorization. Alike is not a business associate for the purpose of HIPAA . For information on how your healthcare provider discloses your protected health information, please refer to your healthcare provider’s HIPAA notice of privacy practices.

‍2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND USE
‍As you use our Platform, Alike will collect your personal information, which is information that identifies you or relates to you as an identifiable individual. Alike will collect personal information from you directly, through your healthcare provider, and automatically as outlined below.

‍A. Information We Collect From You
‍When you use our web platform or our Mobile Application, we will collect your personal information when you:

‍• Create an account: When you register on our web platform, we will collect your email address and other necessary information. We use your email for identification and to provide relevant content and services. We use your email for first time identification, after connecting to your medical provider we remove your email from our records and deidentify your medical records.

‍• Interact with Alike communities: The Alike platform permits you to create posts and participate in discussions under your nickname. Your posts and interactions will be visible to other users and may include personal information. In doing so you may choose to disclose personal information in those posts. Please be aware that when you post content or chat on the alike platform other users of the platform and the physicians who may moderate some discussions in the communities would be able to see this content.

‍• Contact us: If you contact our customer support team, we will collect your name and email address to respond to your inquiries. We use this personal information to respond to your questions or inquiries, troubleshoot where necessary, communicate with you, and address any issues you may have.

• Sign in with Google: When you log in using Google, we collect your email address only for verification and communication purposes, such as sending you marketing materials and digest notifications. Your email is not used for any other purposes and is handled in accordance with our privacy practices.

• Complete your medical record: If you direct or authorize us to receive your medical record from your healthcare provider and you add supplemental information into your Alike account, we will collect from your healthcare provider and you information on your health conditions, medications, and procedures. We use this personal information to provide you with relevant content within the Mobile Application, such as community discussions.

‍• Interact with the Platform: When you use the Platform, we also collect, automatically, information about your interactions with the Platform and discussions that you conduct with other users of the App.Alike may also use your personal information collected for the above purposes, to comply with the law, and for other limited circumstances as described in

‍B. Cookies and Web Tracking

In addition to the personal information you provide, we also collect information automatically via cookies as you use our mobile application and web platform.

This information includes:
• Usage information: We use cookies to collect information about your interaction with our mobile application and web platform, such as the pages you visit, the frequency of access, how much time you spend on each page, and what you click on. We use this information to: (i) conduct analytics; (ii) enhance user experience; (iii) conduct targeted online advertising and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns; (iv) prevent fraudulent use of the Mobile Application; and (v) diagnose server and Mobile Application errors, and in cases of abuse, track and mitigate the abuse.

‍• Device information: We use strictly necessary, performance, analytics cookies, and advertising cookies to collect certain information about the device you use to access our our mobile application and web platform, such as hardware model, operating system, and your preferences. We use this personal information to (i) conduct analytics; (ii) enhance user experience; (iii) conduct targeted online advertising and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns; (iv) prevent fraudulent use of the Mobile Application; (v) diagnose server and Mobile Application errors, and in cases of abuse, track and mitigate the abuse; (vi) provide enhanced functionality; and (vii) remember your preferences.

‍We use Google Analytics to collect information about your use of the site to improve our services. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the App, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to our App. We use the information from Google Analytics only to improve our App. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit our App, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our App, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to our App is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to this site by disabling cookies on your browser.

‍• Mixpanel — Analytics
We use Mixpanel to conduct analytics to get a better understanding of how users are using our Platform so we can improve the Platform and user experience. ‍• AppsFlyer — Advertising
AnalyticsAppsFlyer is a mobile attribution and marketing analytics platform that collects information on your use of the Mobile Application, as well as your interaction with our advertisements, to help us analyze our advertising campaigns  and to provide you with targeted online advertising. The session and interaction data is collected after being rendered anonymous and is only evaluated in anonymized, summarized form and for statistical purposes only. You can opt-out of AppsFlyer at any time.In general, to disable cookies and limit the collection and use of information through them, you can set your browser or mobile device settings to refuse cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent. ‍3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

‍Alike may share your personal information in the following circumstances:
‍Within Alike: Where necessary, we may share your personal information within Alike and with our company group in order to efficiently carry out our business and to the extent permitted by law.

‍With service providers: We may share your personal information with service providers that assist us in providing the Platform, such as our IT support, Mobile Application Host, analytics provider and communications vendors.

‍With other users of the Platform: If you post in Alike Communities, your nickname, and any information you include in your post will be viewable by other users of the Platform and physicians moderating discussions on communities. ‍In the event of a corporate reorganization: In the event that we enter into, or intend to enter into, a transaction that alters the structure of our organization, such as a reorganization, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or liquidation or other disposition of assets, we would share your personal information with third parties in connection with the transaction.

‍For legal purposes: We will share your personal information where we are legally required to do so, such as in response to court orders, law enforcement or legal process, including for national security purposes; to establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights, as required to enforce our terms of use or other contracts; to defend against legal claims or demands; to detect, investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the rights, property, or personal safety of any person; or to comply with the requirements of any applicable law.

‍Unidentified Information .We may provide statistical or unidentified information to third parties, including advertisers, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Statistical or unidentified information provided to third parties will not personally identify you and will be used, inter alia, to improve, enrich or change the Services and content offered by them.

‍4. CORRECT OR VIEW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATIONYou can access your Alike account to correct or view certain personal information of yours in our possession and which is associated with your account or contact us at hello@alike.health requesting that we do so.

‍5.Do Not Sell My Personal InformationAlike respects your privacy and does not sell your personal information. We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and provide the following rights for California residents:

‍Right to Know: You can request information about the personal information we collect, use, and share.

‍Right to Delete: You can request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.

‍6. DELETE YOUR ALIKE ACCOUNT
‍You can delete your Alike account at any time by going into your account settings in the App or on the web platform. To stop all further collection of your personal information by the App, you can uninstall the Mobile Application.

‍7. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
‍If you have enabled push notifications on the Alike Mobile Application, you may disable these at any time by updating your mobile device settings.

‍8. MARKETING EMAILS
‍If we send you marketing emails, you may opt-out of receiving marketing emails from us by clicking the “unsubscribe” link provided with each email. Please note that we will continue to send you emails necessary to the Platform, your account, or any assistance you request.

‍9. RIGHTS OF NEVADA RESIDENTS
‍If you are a consumer in the State of Nevada, you may request to opt-out of the current or future sale of your personal information. We do not currently sell any of your personal information under Nevada law, nor do we plan to do so in the future. However, you can submit a request to opt-out of future sales by contacting us at hello@alike.health. Please include “Opt-Out Request Under Nevada Law” in the subject line of your message.

‍10. DO NOT TRACK
‍Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.

‍11. INFORMATION SECURITY
‍We implement and maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the personal information we collect and maintain across both the mobile application and web platform periodically check our security measures and upgrade them when necessary. However, no security measure or modality of data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the information we have collected from you.

‍12. AGE RESTRICTION
‍The Alike Platform is not for anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that anyone under the age of 18 has registered with us and provided us with personal information, we will take steps to terminate that person's account and delete their personal information. If you believe we might have information from or about a child under the age of 18, please contact us at hello@alike.health.

‍13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
‍We may change this Privacy Policy in our sole discretion. If we make changes, we will post the changes to this page, and will indicate the date the changes go into effect. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to stay informed. If we make changes that materially affect your privacy rights, we will notify you with a prominent post on our mobile application and/or web platform, and obtain your consent if required.
