Abdominal discomfort and loss of appetite

So I’m feeling pretty terrible. 5days after flying out for work(remotely in Alaska) I start to experience some abdominal discomfort. My appetite goes away and I’m pretty tired. Now I’m 5 days into these symptoms and it feels like a apple stuck to the end of a knife in my belly. I’ve went to the medic here and they gave me antacids(didn’t help) I think by now if it was my appendix or gall bladder it would have escalated by now. Any one experienced this? I haven’t been able to eat much because it makes it worse.

What part of your abdomen? Upper/Lower, Right/Left?

Or all over?

Could be trapped gas (try gas-x) and exercise. It could also be constipation (try dulxolax) and stay hydrated 🤗. These are some of the things that have helped me with generalized abdominal pain (especially exercising/ stretching).

You can also try Probiotocs like Yogurt or the pill form

I totally agree with all those 😅 but, I was also actually the opposite of constipated at the same time I was having pain. It’s getting better but can still feel the effects.🙏🏽
