Abnormal Periods and Cancer Worries

My period has been extremely abnormal... A while ago my period just seemed to suddenly stop and I don't know why. At first I paid no mind to it and brushed it off as "being late" but than began to worry after It hadn't come back in a whole month. I don't know how long it's been since I haven't had one, I lost track of the days but I'm very worried it could be cancer.

Oh no! Don't stress too much because that will only make things worse. Call your doctor and book an appointment asap.

And in the meantime if your up to it try to live a more healthy lifestyle and workout, just to rule some other factors out that might make you lose your period. Make sure your eating like 2k calories a day, and getting your vitamins in and drinking your water

When a women loses their period it usually is something wrong with hormones not all the time but you should take that into consideration, instead of jumping straight into cancer lol UNLESS you've dealt with this before.
