I work 2 12hrs 1 Thurs and Fri 7a to 7p....I'm going to be hurting so bad...I need ideas to help my feet.

I had horrible plantars fasciatis when working on my feet for 8 hr shifts. Voltaren gel helped relieve some of the pain for me. My Dr gave me stretching exercises to do that helped the most. It hurts at first, but the more you do them, the better your feet will feel. You can do them on steps/stairs or edges of a counter or curb, with something to hold onto for balance. Place the ball of your foot on the edge, facing so your heels are hanging off of the step. Holding onto railing, drop your heels until you feel a good stretch on the back of your leg down to the heel. Do 3 sets of 10, holding for a count of 5-10. You may not be able to do that many at first. Just build up to it as you can tolerate. This stretches the tendon that is causing the plantars fasciatis. Use ice at the end of the day to help reduce swelling too.
