Need help with ADD medication alternatives

I no longer have health insurance which means I can’t go to my regular doctors office to receive prescribed medication for my ADD. Does anyone know what alternatives I can take? Any solutions, aid? Anything helps! Thank you! (I am working on getting health insurance in the meantime)

Id do research on supplements or energy drinks. Those have helped me, i stopped taking ADD meds ages ago
