Coping with ADHD without medication

Hey, I'm someone who has ADHD but can't afford the medication yet. I've had to find my own ways to cope and live with it. What are some ways you have before or during medication?

Test if caffeine/etc works for you Aggressively multitask, but keep an eye on your nervous system if you're prone to overstimulation Use "may as well" as often as possible. Ie. "I'm getting up to go to the bathroom, may as well brush my teeth first." "I'm getting on my PC to play a game, may as well do an assignment first" etc. Schedule work/school around your meals, your brain is at top operation after eating. You can also snack while doing work, which may help you, works for both chemical upkeep and multitasking AND stimulation.
