See a psychiatrist or a doctor to receive a clinical diagnosis. They can do tests and try to see if adhd is the correct diagnosis!

the thing is that, I don't have the resources to see a Psychiatrist, and this is affecting a little to much my life 😥 but thanks for you response! I would try it if I can, one day.

Reach out to a psych clinic and have them assess you.
