Put your toothbrush and toothpaste in a place you'll see it! If you shower every day keep it in the shower, or keep them by your bed and bring it with you to the bathroom in the morning and before bed

I have the audacity to try and reply when this post just reminded me to brush my teeth (That being said take this with a massive grain of salt). The 2 things that help me the most are A) brush your teeth when you think about it. It could be noon, or 3 times one day, and one time another. Just think about it and do it so at least those suckers are getting brushed. B) try to establish a routine. When I have a strong routine for soothing I tend not to forget it. Like setting an alarm for 10pm and bo matter what you’re doing at 10pm you stop and brush your teeth. Then again I brushed my teeth 3x in the last 3 days.
