sleeping definitely! also sensory overwhelm / what I call the “memory avalanche” while trying to function at work or in personal relationships is really tough for me - like I want to listen respectfully but the way you said that word reminded me of something I saw on tv 5 yrs ago and the person I was watching it with and also there’s a hair in my sock and also I don’t want to even be here…

Sleeping is definitely a struggle for me....if I fall asleep at all, I wake up every hour. The other thing that's extremely difficult for me to manage is my inability to sit still/ relax or know what to do with myself. It makes me highly agitated and anxious.
