Meds most of the time do help with getting through so I reccomend em but you do you

It is completely your descision, don't worry about others. If you feel comfortable with it, it may be good to give them a try! I have found it to make my every day life a lot easier. It can be a process to find the right medicine for you but once you do, its a game changer! You'll still have ur struggles but i find it to make things much more barable!

I have ADHD as well as anxiety. With adhd i recommend medication because it can help alot with day to day tasks as well as your energy! If you have anxiety or get anxious easily and want to go on adhd meds, i dont recommend stimulants because they can increase anxiety levels. If you are considering meds, they are a great start to improving your mental health. Adhd cannot be completely fixed with medication and medication can also help decrease the chaos of having adhd!

I had to start taking them I am 18 and was diagnosed with ADHD at 15. I take Ritalin and it has helped tremendously
