I'm on Vyvanse 70mg. It was a miracle drug for me. It helps me a ton. And if I remember correctly, from research I have done in the past, Adderall 10mg is equivalent to 30mg Vyvanse. A main difference is how your body processes it. Vyvanse is slower and is in your system longer and can have effects lasting for up to 14 hours. And I think Adderall XR is only 11 hrs.

I was on Adderall xr before and switched to vyvanse because I was so irritable on the Adderall. I might need to increase my vyvanse because I started recently and haven't seen much help. I used to be on Concerta and Ritalin and they were amazing when I first started them, but I grew a tolerance to them unfortunately and they didn't work anymore

I was on Adderall XR but switched to Vyvanse due to irritability. Switching from Adderall to Vyvanse can be a difficult process, as the two medications have different side effects and mechanisms of action.
