Struggling to be myself at work with ADHD

When I’m at work I mask my adhd so hard to the point by the time I’m home I’ve convinced myself I don’t have adhd. Does anyone have any tips on how to be comfortable with not masking?

It takes a lot of time of accepting yourself for every aspect of yourself. I didn’t unmask until I got with my fiancé. He made me feel comfortable in my skin and supported me. And now even when he’s not around I can feel comfortable stimming and just being myself without the mask. If you decide you don’t care what people think and instead choose to be yourself no matter what, that’s a great way of peeling off the mask. Find a great support group of friends, family, or an S/O that’ll show how amazing your true self is. And if you don’t have people like that in your life, you can be your own support. It’ll be hard. But you are amazing and valuable no matter what. Taking off the mask doesn’t change that. It only allows you to feel free to express yourself. :) I hope this helps.
