Need advice on blood sugars and Type 1 Diabetes

(question about blood sugars/type 1 diabetes, i need advice pls help!) people i live with (medically trained) have been asking about my health etc. we spoke about my physical health and how shaky i was etc and they asked if i've ever been tested for type 1 diabetes. it's weird they brought it up because a while ago my blood sugars kept going really low but they would bring themselves back up after eating someone with not much sugar or even sometimes without eating at all. i was wondering if anyone has any experience or advice with this? im booking a GP appointment tomorrow to try figure this out but i'd love if someone could help or give some advice? tysm!! xx

you should get a blood sugar monitor (+ pricker and test strips) & check your blood levels! especially 10-15 minutes after you eat. when you feel shaky check your blood levels too. anything outside of 4 and 7 is an indication of diabetes
