Advice for Being Sick with POTS and Fibro?

I feel a cold starting, any advice for being sick with POTS and fibro? My pain is already spiking and I’m feeling more light-headed than usual. I’ve been sick with these conditions before but I’ve never successfully figured out what to do, I usually just faint a lot and am in lots of pain in addition to cold symptoms. I know feeling horrible is kind of inevitable but I would appreciate any little thing that could help!

I like to wrap up in a heating blanket and find a distraction whether it be reading, playing a game, a movie or just plain sleep thru everything. Which is better sometimes especially when I’m feeling dizzy or faint. I like to use Thera-Flu tea’s maybe some honey lemon or green tea. They are pretty good. And of course I get lots of my vitamins C & D to help boost my immune. Either way I hope you get thru your cold/flu quickly.

If you can afford to do it, I recently had both Covid and flu and I had an infusion company come and give me an immunity boost infusion and I felt like a different person the next day it made such a difference. Usually you don’t need a doctors order it’s just a company you pay out of pocket to give you the infusion and it’s also fluids which help as well

that’s a good idea I didn’t know that was a thing! I’m not sure if I’m sick enough for it to be worth it this time but that’s a great idea for the future, thank you!
