Need advice for noise sensitivity

I really need advice. I am trying desperately to find earphones, or something, that will help with my problems. So, sometimes, people talking (because usually it is more than one voice) really bothers me. I'm not sure why. I try to block it out with music or ASMR videos. Sometimes that is not enough, or sometimes it is not an option because of being in public I will get freaked out if I cannot hear if something is or is about to go bad. Other sound things that really bother me are: Stomping, especially upstairs. Bass when it is not coming from what I am watching (I'm not sure why, but even then sometimes bass hurts) The screaming and loudness of babies and children Metal and things in the kitchen clanking together When too many sounds happen at once, example: Roommate's television and her son's television both on at once. Any sounds that aren't fan or shower sounds from those help sleep videos on YouTube (even sometimes they are bad to my ears) when I am trying to sleep. I don't have a bedroom, and the apartment is small, so just going to my room isn't an option. There's other sounds that bother me, but those are the biggest ones, I think. I can sometimes handle the sounds that can sometimes bother me, sometimes not. I don't know what earphones to get, because I don't recall ever using earphones and them not hurting my head and ears from how they are formed. But I know earplugs probably won't be good enough. I also haven't found any noise canceling or anything that says it blocks voices. Everything seems to at best just muffle. I tried Loop earplugs. They weren't enough. I tend to need more than muffle. Does anyone know items that would help?

Noise canceling headphones. I use over the ear bluetooth headphones with my favorite music or sounds on blast. I can't stand too much noise at once so I keep them on. I use skullcandy headphones from Amazon. They're like 60 bucks usd, but they last. 8 hour battery and I've had mine for 5 years and the only thing that didn't work well anymore is the microphone

The Loops earplugs are really good and they’re comfortable to wear all the time and while you sleep. Definitely recommend them!
