Tracking symptoms helps. I know that it can be hard but something that helped me is I would be in so much pain somedays that a family member would have to take me into urgent care or appointments and having someone else to fight for and with you and tell them what they see as well can be an eye opener. Finding a provider that you just work well with and listens to you (it takes some time and patience and trial and error). And sometimes you may just have to be downright mean to get someone to hear and understand that this is your life and you deserve to live the most happy comfortable one.💗

I think I’m getting to the point I have to be down right mean! Haha! I am currently on the doctor hunt again! I’ve found 3 doctors who aren’t cis male, so I am trying

I had sworn off male doctors for life after so many bad experiences but ended up moving and only found a male OBGYN in my area, and I was two months from giving birth to my son. I was so uncomfortable with the idea at first but I gave the chance and he actually surprised me and was the first to believe me and I grew to really enjoy him, and it made me a bit more open minded. I know everyone has there preferences but he definitely changed my perspective, because asking for only female doctors really limits my options in my area.😞 I hope you find someone soon!

Hmm, I might think about it. If they have pics of their faces maybe I can judge a bit better (can’t believe I said that but lately it’s come to it)
