I have been on Eliquis for about two years. I have had no problems with bleeding. I have had 3 Ablations but I still have events of Afib about every ten days. You just have to manage it like when you go to the dentist you will have to not take it for a couple days prior to your appointment.

I’m sorry you’re feeling nervous, Serena. Just take it a day at a time! Is there a reason that your doctor put you on blood thinners? That’s typically reserved for high-risk groups, like folks over 65. I’m 42 and living with paroxysmal a-fib and I’m on no medications for now.
