Last time I got like that (it was almost dangerous) I realized I was just “afloat”. I worked on different grounding methods and looked into chat gbt for other methods (became like a research game for myself). I’ve learned a lot from it including prevention ways with staying calm. For me it's playing video games, either a calm one like stardew valley, or sometimes I'll pick up one more frustrating so I can channel My anger and mood swings into a game like cuphead.
