What is CBT? Something has got to give here! I'm 58 yrs old & I've had Agoraphobia for over 25 years! Its not even living. Plus I'm totally isolated, I have no family or friends. I think if my Agoraphobia would get better I probably wouldn't be depressed! It's like a catch 22. How long have you been on prazac? What mg? Thank you!

CBT is a psychological treatment for disorders like panic disorder or depression. I’ve started with 5 mg/d Prozac and went up to 20mg/d. I believe that for such a profound problem like you described a profound treatment has to take place. Please see a therapist to assist you. You can see one online, without living your house

What medications are you on for depression? I have been told for years that I'm medication resistant for depression, but not one doctor ever suggested I take 2 different meds. I have been so depressed for years, now that I hear so many people say they are on 2 different anti depressants, I want to try meds again.

I tried Lexapro & it didn't work but my sister did well with it. Is it more of a mild anti depressant? I am allergic to Viibryd. Ty!
