Check out motivationaldoc on YouTube. He has great videos that have been helping me. I also had to cut out breads because of gluten and wheat(turns to sugar)...it causes inflammation. Diet plays a very important role in pain management but big pharma will never lose billions saying that. There is more but YouTube is your best friend for finding out more. Peace

Pain medication is not intended for long term use. Yoga, movement, full spectrum CBD oil, Tylenol arthritis and some form of legal marijuana use to live longer?

Exercise toughens up the body to not feel the pain? Also gabapentin helps ease nerve pain.

Find a good chiropractor, one that utilizes alternative treatments. Laser treatments, ultrasound, tens/ems, Kinesiology tape. My chiropractor has kept me upright and walking, not pain free but pain that is more manageable. If your in Portland, Oregon I'll refer you.

I'm taking Gabapentin, Prednisone, and Ibuprofen, and Tylenol while awaiting my surgery. It seems to be helping some.
