Looking for Herbal Remedies and Alternative Therapies for MCAS

hi! i’m grace, i’m 19 and currently in school and working while being disabled. I deal with MCAS, congenital hydrocephalus, hemochromatosis, and migraine. MCAS is something i have had most of my life but was only diagnosed recently. What herbal remedies and alternative therapies have worked for you best?

I was diagnosed with mcas when I was 21. I’m 23 now and in remission after being completely disabled from it for a couple years. I found most success through herbal remedies, over the counter supplements, and alternative medicines. Quercetin supplements 3000 mg per day, vitamin c 3000 mg per day. Zyrtec 10mg 3 times a day, L-theanine and resveratrol supplements, DAO enzymes 4x a day, chamomile herbal tea and raw organic tumeric root (2 tsps) every night before bed. Just doing those things have absolutely changed my life.

It depends on what your roots causes are for MCAS that depends on what you should take, which is different for everyone, but what the person before said definitely helps and can assist in the process in the meantime if you can tolerate those things…
