If yours is allergenic, consider a good air purifier. I got a good high power one for my bedroom because my asthma gets worse at night. It was crazy, I felt like I could actually breathe even when I was completely under the covers

ALLERGY PILLS. I tell this to a lot of people asthma can get triggered by the stupidest things like pollen and i will wake up sometimes and just start having a hard time breathing.😥asthma sucks but ever since I started taking allergy pills I haven't visited my asthma at weeks at a time.

I would recommend nasal spray I didn't realise how much a blocked nose can affect your asthma 👍
