Hey, achieveintegrativehealth on TikTok has multiple alternative treatments to help with a variety of symptoms. I tried a alternative treatment (weed) for my lack of eating it didn’t help me, just made me tired. Prayers!

Lots of psychotherapy to help the mental part of what we deal with. Chiropractic, acupuncture, diet change, and most recently through my PT, fascial counterstain. For me, it's either that or a bunch of meds. I go to the chiro and acupuncture every 3 weeks and right now I'm so seeing the PT every week but I imagine I'll eventually get on more of a maintenance schedule there too. I am also currently on LDN but I'm not sure it's actually doing anything for me but there are very few side effects so could be worth trying too for pain management (off label use). My main rule when I'm seeing a new Dr or trying a new type of therapy is that if I don't feel relief or hope I'm the first visit then I don't go back. Also remember that not everyone is the same so just bc one chiro didn't make you feel good, didn't necessarily chiropractic isn't good for you. Hope that helps!
