I have been enjoying reading, but it's so doggone hot...and I can't keep my kids outside in the heat that long. 🥺🥺🥺

If you can, rescue a animal. I have cats and I swear they are my reasons for doing almost everything now. There are always animals that will be willing to warm your heart and home. Airing out the house, moving furniture around, a good long bath, clean bedsheets, and blanket nests are always winners for me.

i have 9 dogs and 2 cats...it's stressful for me, which I think also links into my depression. I love them, but they overwhelm me.

It kind of depends on your source of depression. Is it a chemical imbalance? Then I think certain foods and supplements can help tons! If it's a different source, like self imagine, then self care helps a ton- like dressing up for fun! Music helps a ton!
