Physical therapy.

As has been said, physical therapy can definitely help. The problem I've run into with that is a large chunk of physical therapists I've seen are unfamiliar with EDS and I end up injuring myself more doing the therapy! I'd encourage you to shop around to find someone you like and that is familiar with the condition

Working out - PT way too expensive to do on the regular. I use IF units, KT taping, lidocaine patches, aerial yoga, yogafit balls (myofascial release balls), patience, and letting myself just BE when I feel crappy.

Have you ever experienced your ligaments locking up with yoga or working out? I joined the gym and I do light workouts, but it’s causing my body to be in pain and lock up on me.
