Hello I was on antipsychotics for a few years until I discovered my diet and health I realized what works from an organic perspective. I am going to school to help treat others one day and I have a son that had several psychotic breaks and currently helping him and stopping it permanently. However he is still on meds and supplements & vitamins I am still working on his diet. However I know it's hard to physically change your entire way of thinking 🤔 about health. I recently discovered doctor Eric Burge nutrition on YouTube might help you learn a few things. He explains things in detail. Also I use his products but not all because they can be pricey so I found and researched other supplements and vitamins that can help you too. This is how I got off of meds however I don't recommend getting yourself off meds if you ever had a psychotic break stay on your meds. You can fix your diet to add to your additional health. This is how I did it I first take Mary Ruth's multivitamin liquid is healthier unless you prefer gummies. Then take to improve your memory daily from what I learned with doctor burge YouTube nutrition codliver oil daily. Second stop drinking caffeine. Third if you feel like your going to crash I mean low energy then take vitamins b complex it helps with that. I drink Mudwter.com drink its like coffee but not helps every morning with aches and pains in your body completely organic and natural. They also have one for sleep too. You can also take Mary Ruth's organic multi mineral sleep carefully cuz some time it can give allergies if you have too much minerals in your system. If you're allergic to anything inside talk or make an appointment with a nutritionist. To help you further on what you can take. However Mary Ruth's also is sold on Amazon and she has sleep gummies without meltoin. I personally hate side effects of melatonin so I found this instead. You will start to feel a difference in your whole body and definitely check in with your doctor too. I am on a personal mission to help others from a natural perspective. I am currently in my masters in nutrition. I hope this helps you.
