Exposure therapy is great. It may seem scary, and sometimes people think exposure therapy means crossing personal boundaries, but confronting the sources of your anxieties is necessary in feeling better. That’s how you get rid of the smoke-and-mirrors and empower yourself. Good luck 👍

i absolutely recommend seeing a neurologist or a nuerofeedback / biofeedback provider. this person can read your brainwaves and/or scan your whole brain to see what’s going on.. and then design a treatment plan that trains your neurons to “fix themselves” or like “be recruited”, it’s been really important for me and we realized i literally have 30% coherence between the halves of my brain lol

i did a terrible job explaining that. basically you just get electric waves sent to the “broken” parts of your brain that tell them what to do
