The words that everyone hates to hear. Diet and exercise. I have read that some vitamins are supposed to help but have not tried them myself.

For type 2 diabetes. I was watching TikTok and following a nutritionist on there. She said the following supplements would help reverse diabetes. But of course check with your doctor first! I just started taking the supplements I haven’t tested my blood sugar with them yet, I probably should. Magnesium Glycinate (Now Brand), Thorne L-Carnite, Chromium Picolinate 200 mcg (Now Brand), Alpha Lipocic Acid 200mg (Pure Brand), Thorne Basic B Complex, plant based D3 +K2 2 in 1 formula 100mcb.

Two docs, one an endocrinologist, advised me AGAINST a keto diet, being diabetic. I tried it a couple years ago and lost 25 lbs but it didn't make my Numbers much better. Endo told me it could be very dangerous for diabetics. She the best thing is low-carb, water and at least 30 minutes of exercise a day.

Yes, Keto diet isn’t recommended for diabetic. You may want to try paleo diet or Mediterranean diet. Mediterranean diet doesn’t have to be Greek food.
