What treatments and meds have you tried so far?

im on a rescue med a monthly injection they dont seem to be helping the only thing that does help is tiger balm

What is tiger balm? I've never found a rescue med that worked for me. I use Effexor (an SNRI antidepressant used off label for migraines) and trigger management - avoiding blue screen devices, keeping rooms well lit, wearing sunglasses or a hat in too bright of light, that sort of thing.

Botox injections or hot bath

I'm on Topamax and Aimovig, Rizatriptan and Zofran. Edison bulbs throughout the house, electronics/lights off when not in use and black out shades. Blue light blocking lenses always on and the screens set to blue light blocking or eye strain reduction mode if they have it.
