Always Tired and Sore: What's Wrong with Me?

why am I always feeling tired. if I do a little exercise like jumping or dancing for 30 to 45mn, I be feeling like a got ran over by a train afterwards. in the morning my body feels like sore I can't get out the bed, and my feet hurt when I try to walk

It could be chronic fatigue syndrome .have u talked to your doc about your symptoms?

Idk .... As somebody diagnosed with M.E., I think being able to dance for that long doesn't sound like M.E. to me. But this is not a diagnosis you can make yourself. See a doc. If it is M.E., waiting and pushing yourself can do some real damage. I wish I had not pushed myself for years before acknowledging I needed to stop.
