I have been asking myself that same question lately. I recently started taking Gabapentin and at first felt a noticeable difference in mood and anxiety.

I am on alot of medicine for my depression and my anxiety but it seems like it not helping me. My PTSD has been acting up real bad lately and so has my depression.

Thanks everyone. I just feel like I feel bad and then I feel bad for feeling bad, and I know a few times I've been a little passive aggressive and my boyfriend got rightfully a little upset so I apologized for it and he apologized for reacting instead of keeping calm. It wasn't a fight he says, I'm just so cool headed and calm most of the time even when upset ( can you say fawn type fear response) it's been throwing me off not being as chill as I usually am and don't want to be that way cause I know how much those behaviors hurt me as a child. I'm supposed to see the doctor next month and I will let her know then. 💖💖💖
