If my anemia is caused by me not eating, does that mean I have an eating disorder?

Than you should go to a doctor and if you are ready go through treatment for that it is a mental illness anorexia is so if you aren't ready that is fine butt go in and get some water and stuff in you for it at least

Just know you are beautiful just the way you are and you don't need to look like anybody else because 99% of the time these people are fake and filled with silicone from the head to their toes.

Hey, I had anemia of iron deficiency because I’m vegan. I don’t think that means I have an eating disorder. What makes you think you have one?

well you don't have to have anorexia nervosa to have disordered eating do you feel obsessed with your body image? or maybe you hate specific food textures and avoid food groups, these can be signs you could have one if not it's totally valid, even so you should consult your GP or whoever you see about it if you have concerns
