Be careful of withdrawals. I had a heart attack from withdrawing from clonezapam. I have stopped taking it for good and my body is going through hell.

Keep an eye on yourself and reach out to family or friends if you feel like you aren’t in a good place. What I do when this happens is I try to do my normal tasks, put on a good movie (maybe don’t do music, I notice it over stimulates my brain when I’m withdrawing), take a hot bath and sleep through it if you can.

sleeping through it if you can. I get to where I can't use my fingers and get very discombobulated sleeping helps you relax and not get as upset while withdrawing.

If you have any concerns don’t wait to reach out to your doctor, withdrawal symptoms can be serious. Try to be kind and gentle with yourself during this time, you aren’t at 100% so it makes sense that you may struggle more than usual
