I am not sure for your specific case but I do know that there is a strong mind and gut connection. I have had anxiety my entire life and stomach problems also my entire life so there definitely is a connection with that. Anxiety can cause a plethora of physical symptoms, one thing would be to try managing the anxiety in a healthy way and see if that affects the body positively. Also can get checked by a doctor for any other underlying issues. I have Long Covid and acid reflux is super common with that as well but I have other symptoms besides that

Mine does every morning I get anxious and I don't know why maybe cause I think on it and know I have to eat but afraid to eat cause I'm afraid it will just come up idk ..

Yeah my doc says its common. Anxiety and stress absolutely affect ur body.

I would say yes. My anxiety got way worse around 2018, and that's when my acid reflux was the most prevalent.
