Aromatherapy helps me with my anxiety attacks, there is a lotion from Bath and Body Works with a couple of different aromas.

Actually the smoking makes your anxiety much worse. It would be to your benefit to quit. I quit years ago and I never regret it.

I smoked for 27 years. I was in my 30's when I started. I tried to quit cold turkey in 2020 due to a heart attack. But ended up on Nicoderm for 8 weeks. I never had withdrawal symptoms. I smoked 1 1/2 packs a day. My doctor was always telling me to quit. I never took it seriously. They had to use the Impella Pump on me. It moved within my heart. I starting bleeding out at my right groin area. They had to maintain manual pressure to that area for alittle over an hour till the cardiologist arrived. He got it back into place. Because of my history of smoking I went into CHF. I am now, since March 1, 2021, on a heart transplant list in the state I live in. There are only 3 transplant cities in my state. I had to move over 800 miles to be near the transplant hospital I selected. No family, no friends...Thank God I am able to call or face time. Please, Please, take it seriously on the damage that smoking does! I have times where I am depressed and other times I am angry at myself. I should never had started. Now I am paying for it. Find what helps you stay on track of not smoking. Everyone is different. Gum, sugar free hard candy, taking medicine, etc. Good luck!! Stay focused, stay determined, stay strong!! You've got it!!

I used Zyban to stop smoking. Less than 10 days it was over. With good RX it was only 19.00 and I only use half prescription
