Anxiety and POTS: How They Affect Each Other

Does anyone notice that anxiety makes pots symptoms worse?? i was having some anxiety yesterday and my heart rate was in the 150’s just sitting down and it felt like all of my pot’s symptoms were hitting me at once. just want to know if anyone else experienced this or what it’s like for them?

I notice that if I’m anxious my symptoms will be significantly worse even if im doing something that normally doesn’t trigger anything.

Yes, I tend to pass out more due to stress

Definitely. I tend to have anxiety attacks or panic attacks when I’m having a POTS flare, it can happen the other way around too.

Yes definitely, my anxiety is a huge trigger for my symptoms. Some days it makes it hard to get out of bed.

Yes, the anxiety makes the POTS worse and vice versa. Also not getting enough sleep or having a weird sleep schedule really affects me
