Struggling with Anxiety and Sex

hi, i just joined this group because I'm struggling with anxiety crippling my ability to have sex. it triggers guilt and shame and avoidance. I started taking cannibus edibles a year or so back and they really helped, but also make me too high to remember much and i feel like I'm somewhat disconnected. has anyone found a cannibus blend that alleviates the circling thoughts and anxiety without that disconnection?

I take CBD gummies. I think they're 5 mg, but I usually bite off a third or half, depending on the time I think to take it in the evening. They help me relax and enjoy things, even sex. You might try that, I think it's a good way to kind of figure out how much is enough.

I've tried CBD before - once I accidentally ate an entire CBD chocolate bar because I got it free from work as a mis-pick and didn't read the packaging. Didn't notice any effect. My husband was the one who pointed out that it was a CBD bar (he's the detail one on our relationship, clearly) when he saw the empty packaging. It was a couple hours later by that time. So I don't really know why but it doesn't seem to have any effect for me alone 😭

I also came to recommend CBD. I don't use it anymore bc too expensive 😔 but I used to use tinctures all the time and they helped so much with my anxiety, depression, and anger. It doesn't leave you feeling high in the least bit. There's just this sort of.. calm, and you're like, oh, this is a bit better.

Hi I'm have Major Depression and Anxiety and Social Anxiety and terrible chronic Insomnia. I also suffer from many other chronic health conditions. One of them is terminal. I have Cushings Disease and two brain tumors. I'm not well enough to start any treatment and the percentage of beating Cushings Disease is very low. Can you please tell me how much cbd to take. I have a really high tolerance. It would really be helpful. Thanks, Steph
