What kind of medium do you use? Did you try to listen to soothing music while doing your art?

I sit here and sometimes paint. I listen to music alot. It's the only other comfort I have.

I've never been good at painting, but I love to write, especially poetry. It really soothes me and helps me get my bad feelings out.

I suggest finding a comfort object like a stuffed animal to hold while you feel anxious. It sounded dumb to me at first but it can be rly comforting

Have you heard of comfortsonas? They're OCs that are comforting to you. You draw them when you're struggling so that they can help bring you comfort!

To make a comfortsona, all you have to do is choose something or multiple things that are comforting to you. It could be a puppy, a stuffed animal, etc
