i try to think about good things, i like to fidget with my hands to try to distract myself. try to text friends to help calm me down. if you can’t text then try to drink something or snack on something. hope this helps :) ❤️‍🩹

I try to remember to breathe and if someone I trust is near me I try to signal to them that I'm having a panic attack. One of the things that help me the most is to talk to someone who can distract me. If you're all alone, try to have a few strategies to distract yourself and get some fresh air if possible. I hope it goes better if there's a next time!

I usually pray and/or ask others to pray for me. This usually helps. I am not having like I use to but still have them. Just less frequent.

If you’re able to, get some cold water to put on your neck or arms (maybe go to the bathroom to do that if you feel more comfortable there) also just holding on to something cold helps (like a water bottle)
