Struggling with Anxiety Before Leaving the House

so I struggle with anxiety bad before I go to work and leave the house I have to calm my self down before I leave or the drive is hell for me any suggestions on how to calm my self before it happens I meditate and breath deep as I can but sometimes it's bad we're I feel sick ?

I blast music in the morning so I can't think too much before work and again in the car

Yes music is great also ice packs on my wrists helps me so much especially since I have severe anxiety and am not a morning person. Fresh air and cold I guess can like shock your nervous system in a way it helps me a ton especially with nausea. Sometimes shaking your body or dancing and moving around can help as well. Meditation is great and works most times but for me personally it does not work when the anxiety is that bad.
