Debilitating Chest Pain from Anxiety

Been having consistent chest pain because of anxiety. It is so debilitating and I just feel so hypersensitive to anything and everything. If anybody has experienced this do you have any advice?

This has definitely happened to me, I know it can be scary. If I'm at work then I'll go to the bathroom for a few minutes and take deep breathes, or if I'm at home I'll listen to music or watch funny YouTube videos to take my mind off the anxiety, and if you like drawing (like I do), that's a healthy way to express yourself! I hope this helps and that you feel better!
