I try to tell myself that I need to keep my tummy happy so i don't fall ill, i have responsibilities and going to the hospital from hunger will be a major setback.. If you can force yourself 5 full size bites of healthy food during meal times and wash each bite down with water or any drink and in your own time slowly work towards more bites..it is hard but it's better than being too weak and sick from having no food at all. This is just how i do it. Not saying you need to do it this way too, i understand everyone is different. Hope you're gonna be ok.

I find foods that I can stomach. Often times it’s stuff that doesn’t have a whole lot of taste like bread or yogurt. For some reason I can do slaty food when I’m in a state where I have no appetite, so often it’s just simple carbs.

I agree about having less taste in foods but for a different reason. Have you been able to find anything that helps even a little when you have no appetite?

I make smoothies so I just “drink food” instead of having to chew
